Tater Tot Grilled Cheese

It's cheesy, its heart attack inducing and its absolutely sinful... The thought of eating this grilled cheese again makes me want to drink green juices and go to hot yoga... But it's also Super Bowl so its 'socially' acceptable like one day out of the year and for all the times that you come home at 2:30am on a Friday and can't pronounce you're last name. Your welcome. 

Sometimes I wonder if my blogging tastes will be more sophisticated in ten years. This is the college still in me my friends. 

Tator Tot Grilled Cheese

Tator Tots !

Cheddar cheese slices

Smoked gouda slices

1/2 Jalapeno diced

2 Garlic cloves minced 

3 Strips of bacon

Microwave frozen tots for 3 minutes to thaw. Strategically place tots in a waffle iron and sear for about 8 minutes and remove. Repeat with other tot sandwich layer. Add cheese, garlic, jalapeño, and bacon and top with other tot top. Press in waffle iron until cheese is nice and melty. Half way through rotate sandwich for even cooking.
