Peach Yogurt Pancakes
For your 4th of July Brunch!
They're creamy and fluffy and a great addition to your fourth of July breakfast! This fourth of July is on a Saturday! Hallelujah! Top with fresh peaches, pure maple syrup and a tall mimosa!
Peach Yogurt Pancakes
1 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Cup of Greek or Icelandic Peach Yogurt
*Butter or Non-Stick Spray for pan
Yeilds about one dozen pancakes
In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add in eggs, almond milk, yogurt and mix well. Spray or butter a non-stick skillet. Use about 1/2 cup of batter for each pancakes. Top with fresh peaches.
